Upgraded ECX Ruckus Driveshafts

I've received some metal driveshafts today in the mail, and am looking to replace the stock plastic shafts. I cannot seem to figure out all what is needed to be removed in order to fully replace the entire shaft. Can anyone possibly post a link to a YouTube video or another thread/forum that has the steps to removing and installing new driveshafts on an ECX Ruckus? I am having a hard time finding any useful videos or threads to assist me. For reference, the truck is the Ruckus 2WD 1:10 scale model, and I have installed a Velineon brushless system in it, and with the new power it has, it consistently snaps the plastic shafts. TIA

Its not much to do. Take the wheels off, along with the hexes and hex pins. Then where the driveshafts connect to the transmission, there is a small allen head (1.5mm i thinks) that you need to loosen and remove completely (its like a partially threaded hex pin). Then it should be able to slide off the transmission and then out of the wheel hub.

Thanks, I got it figured out a little while ago. The grease and dirt buildup was so bad I couldn't see the set screws holding the driveshafts to the transmission. Now that I've run it with the new driveshafts, I've apparently ruined the transmission. Gonna have to look for an all metal replacement for that as well.

What driveshafts did ya get?
