1/10 ring and pinion shims

What diameter shims do I need for my 1/10 4x4 ruckus? I’m tired of stripping pinions and I do have the slipper adjusted and working. It’s mostly the front that has issues. I’m running 4000kv spectrum 3s lipo setup. She rips! And I love bashing her.

I have a amp mt. Im having issue keeping spur gears on also. Im running a 2s on 4000kv spektrum.
