1/18 or 1/24 Temper?

I've been thinking about getting a 1/24th scale Temper to play around with in the back yard. There's just not enough room for my buggies to "stretch their legs" so to speak. I've got some large rocks and flagstone bits that I could arrange to make a little obstacle course so I imagine that would be fun. I figure a 1/24th scale would also travel well.

Or is a 1/18th scale Temper the way to go? Any of you out there have the 1/24th scale crawler? Or both? Care to share impressions of the car?

1/18 if you want to play outside, 1/24 if you want to play in the house.

Had a Losi Trekker 1/24 scale. Had a small crawler course in the basement for the winter, and it was perfect. Outside it is just to small unless you have a dedicated area for it.

Definitely get the 1/18

I have neither. But the 1/24 scale I have is useless outside except for paved or packed dirt areas. If your intent is to drive outside, get the 1/18.
