I would like to put a Traxxas slash body on my Ecx amp mt with the stock body mount so I would just drill some holes where it would go. But I don't know if it would be too long or to short, Too wide or too skinny. Could somebody help me.

It's too long. On a ruckus or torment sure, but not an Amp. If we are speaking about a stock slash body. Some other ones might work as they are a bit short for a smash bit will be just a bit long for the Amp (Proline Baja bug etc)

Like way to long or just a tad bit because I need it to cover the motor a little bit more. And what are the other bodies

Way too long imho, with the wheels being too close together.

https://www.ecxforum.com/threads/new-body-vw-bug-for-amp-mt.1007/ That's a "slash" body from proline. Look how it fits on the slash: https://www.prolineracing.com/bodies/volkswagen-baja-bug-clear-body-slash
And compare to the stock slash body...

You want a shorter total length, and a smaller wheelbase if possible.
Those aren't the same vw bodies. Buddy used a monster truck body, not a slash body.
