I've owned both. They are entirely different style chassis, with entirely different drivetrains and suspensions. A Slash 4x4 has more parts crossover to a 2wd ruckus than a 4wd ruckus does to a 2wd ruckus.

and you don't want a 4wd 1/10 scale ecx anyway. parts are unobtainable, and the differentials are made out of an alloy not much stronger than paper mache.

No there is not a single true 2wd rc car that has a 4x4 conversion kit. The Arrma Boost cars do not count as 2wd since they are just 4wd cars with some of the parts removed.
