How can I get more travel out of Temper Gen2 suspension?

So I got a gen 2 when they first came out I have added weights inside the front wheels so far. I want to do 4 wheel steer and upgrade electronics and go brushless. But my question is how can I get more travel out of the suspension. What I want to beable to do is have the front or rear axel sitting completely vertical. How can I achieve this?

Have you changed the oil in your shocks? I know stock, there's a lot of air in there, and minimal oil. I would go to a super Lite weight oil. This will make differences in travel and how the shocks work. You can also remove spacers above shock springs. This is a light RC Crawler, so you do not need much spring tension.

If you have done this or not. You can change placement on all of your shocks with the adjustment of the holes and repositioning the linkage. I have not messed with this, this will be my next adjustments I do on mine.
