Just recieved my brand new tamper and I've notice that something is wrong! Look's like the movement is not constant!
Check my video and tell me if it is like this!

Looks fine to me. The one shaft might be slightly bent, but other then that......

Is your throttle damper turned down? looks like cogging from it going too slow.
