Ladder frame questions

So, I'm heavily considering using a ladder frame for my temper, but i have a couple questions. Can i use a scx10 skid plate instead of the barrage? Are they the same dimensions? Also, how would i go about mounting my esc and battery tray? TIA

Also, how much flex are you getting, and ground clearance?
