Yes. But since that has shrink wrap around it, you'd have to cut it off, coat it, and re wrap it. Or, what you should do, is get something like liquid electrical tape, or lexal silicone, or something similar and fill the ends of the shrink wrap

Do you think I could cut it, then put conformal coating on it, and then rewear it back on just using electrical tape.
 
I've never owned lights, but in the reviews and in the questions on amazon there, it seems these may already be water proof. Could add silicone from the backside to keep water from getting in.
