I cant figure out how to load any videos it says my video does not have an allowed exstention what's that mean?

Probably a "proprietary" file format that doesn't play well with others. See if you can export or "share" the video. I presume this is on your phone? If your phone's camera or photo library application can let you "share" a video or photo, you can probably select various quality settings (original/large/medium/small or similar) and/or email/web/YouTube and the like. These options will typically change the file type (extension) to something that is more compatible with posting on websites. MP4 is the most common (".mp4")
