My 1/18 Ruckus has been a monster for close to 7 years now, with a few repairs and upgrades. The tires and hexes have never been replaced and are now stripped and extremely balled. I can't find replacement options anywhere, and the parts for the car are discontinued. Any recommendations?

Many ECX parts still as new old stock online, particularly eBay. You need ECX212004

Here’s one example bidding

I’m a 1/10 ecx guy, but what we do is simply measure the outside diameter of the hex and the diameter of the stub shaft the hex goes over, then the thickness of the hex. You may also want to measure the thickness of the hex pin. For example, our stock one is something like a 4mm ID 12mm OD 15mm thick hex. We then go online and you can order generic aluminum wheel hexes in that size.

If you can get it to a 12mm hex, that’s a pretty universal wheel size. Get some quality wheel lock nuts with a biting flange and you won’t ever loosen a wheel again and strip hexes and wheels. As far as tires, I’m biased but I believe there is one tire to run off road the Proline Badlands. It’s expensive for a reason, it’s unquestionably the king of off road grip and they last a long time. Buy once cry once.
