so was trying to remove the rear A-arms on a new to me used Ruckus, the truck is right around 10 years old or so, but had a question regarding the hinge pin that mounts the a-arm to the rear bulkhead.
what is the typical way this is removed on this model? there is no hole in the hinge pin retainer to push the pin through, what would be the rear of the truck where the retainer screws are. there isnt a way without flexing the forward hinge pin retainer and pry that out to get access to pry on the pin from front end of the assembly.
i ended up drilling a small hole in the hinge pin retainer to slide a small allen and push the pin through, but cant imagine that would be the way to go about this.

D3mon, you were smart to drill a small hole in the hinge pin retainer. That is the best way to remove the hinge pin. I myself made my own hinge pin retainer out of aluminum for the Ruckus, Torment, Amp Crush and the Axe. Drilling a .062 hole (1/16th) makes it easy to remove the hinge pin.
