Temper vs losi mini crawler

So whats the difference between the two? I first saw the losi mini and thought it looked so sweet but then when i started to look for it i found that its been discontinued. Then i saw the temp and thought they both looked similar. So my question is just how similar are they? Could i swap upgrades fron the losi to the ecx? Can the bodies be swapped?

From what I've been reading elsewhere, they are very similar, but just enough different that you will need to modify the ECX to fit the Losi parts. Shaft outputs are a different size (Losi 4mm, ECX 5mm), axle housing will need mods to fit the Losi C-hubs and knuckles. Not sure on the bodies though...
