Reverse Wobble

When we go in reverse with the Amp, the front wheels begin to wobble like crazy. Is there a fix for this?

This should fit on the Amp, But double check me though.
I have used this on several Torments, and it works good, I still have a bit of wobble on a couple trucks, but that may be the OEM arms being worn out, worn out hubs, bearings .....ect

EDIT: You may also want to install a set of the beefier adjustable links with the captured ball ends. That may help some too.

I ended up having to get a metal geared servo and an aluminum servo horn.

I did not think of that, I did swap in a Savox metal gear servo into my primary truck as well.
But i hate to tell him to swap out every thing with the steering ....... :ROFLMAO:

Which one did you go with?

For what it is worth, all though Slick and I had awesome suggestions. I think looking into upgrading the linkages with either the better snap ball links or the captured variety, would go a long ways into eliminating the wobble in reverse, especially if you are still running the stock plastic links. I would also venture to say tied with the number one spot is the RPM steering servo saver eliminator. I think these two upgrades will eliminate almost all of the wobble, not %100 but close. Then you can set your sights on upgrading the a-arms, knuckles, servo, bearings, ect.......

This is just my opinion, there are also some home remedies if your on a tight budget, although they didn't work for me, or for very long, but your mileage may very.

I had the death wobble as well on my Amp. I went old school in the begining putting a zip tie around the metal spring on the stock servo saver, worked pretty well. i did how ever end up using the RPM servo saver eliminator, tried running a servo saver directally on the servo but could never find one that fit in the limited space. So I am running a HiTec 625MG servo and an aluminum arm. I have gone even further and am running every RPM upgrade on my truck with the addition of Traxxas turn buckles, that has fixed every wobble and given it way more adjustability, just saying.
