Amp with kenisis 3000 kv brushless

So I have the amp dB with a kenesis 3000 kv
Brushless and esc. My problem is after installation I have intermittent throttle it will run at a slower speed then stop and if I still have the throttle pressed it goes to full speed anyone had this problem and any fixes?

Have you calibrated it? And what radio are you using because settings affect proper calibration.
