Ball bearing

i have been slowly upgrading my 1/18 torment and I just did a bearing job... My question is has anyone else had trouble getting the larger bearing to seat all the way inside of the same spot the bushing came from?

Can you be more specific? Location and bearings used?

Bearing are the ecx axle bearing that replace the plastic bushings. Location is the larger bearing located inside of the hub. I'm sorry if this isn't specific enough I'm just getting into RC.
