Battery straps

I use the floureon 6200 mah hard case lipos. Each come with battery straps, but they are quite a bit too long. Have to put a deck of cards or something on top of the battery in order to strap it down. Any suggestions? Stock hold down wont fit.

I have been using the the straps that came with my smaller Floureon batteries they are 220mm battery straps.

Another thing you can try is loosening the screws that hold the battery hold down thumb posts on to raise the posts up some.

Could you put a spacer underneath the packs in the tray, to take up some space in order to get them tighter?
Maybe like a thick foam pad? Or something less of a hassle?

I use Venom hard case 2S lipo batteries in my Circuit and use the stock plastic battery "strap" with no problem. Like @Heyitsme mentioned, you can fine tune the strap retention by adjusting how much the screws thread into the plastic wingnuts.
