circuit transmission

I am having a whale of a time trying to figure out where part #47 (Top shaft/spacer should be in trans. It appears there are two (2) #47, one being
a shaft and the other being spacer. I have tried several ways to install but with no success. I have several parts diagrams directly from Manual and several exploded views of transmission.

HELP HELP!!!!

Here is a video of someone working on a transmission. I did not watch much of the video, so I am not sure if it will help much.
