Circuit Won’t Turn

My Ebay Circuit came! (It was quite a bit more “used” than advertised) The rear shocks are blown but that’s an easy fix. I’m a little stumped about what to do about the steering, though: It’s got at Hi Tec 485hb (upgraded?) servo in it, but it hardly turns the wheels. In grass it turns alright, but on the road/hard dirt it hardly turns at all. The servo horn moves but it seems like it doesn’t move far enough, or it doesn’t have enough torque to turn the linkage. The wheels will turn full left/right by hand, without resistance, so they don’t seem bound up. The sale listing said the RC was used quite often. So, worn parts, maybe? I appreciate the help. that servo is pretty week for what its in, upgrade to a hitec 645mg that will fix the problem

Thanks for that. I wanted “a project” but almost everything needs an upgrade. -didn’t expect that!-
