Just took my 2wd brushless out for a drive, not even 5 min in after a spin in gravel i hear what sounds almost like clicking from gear box.

any ideas? please help...

Check the teeth of the pinion and spur gear. I stripped a portion of my spur one time and it made a clicking sound whenever it would pass that part of the spur.

When I had clicking it was pebbles caught in the teeth. Might not be a big deal. Just use a screw driver and pick them off.

checked pinion and spur gear teeth all there and saw no pebbles, took apart gearbox and re greased gears with lithium grease
also tightened down slipper clutch all the way and then loosened 1 and 3/4 rotations
seems ok now

thanks for suggestions

Most likely you some pieces of gravel stuck in your teeth dont run it like that otherwise you strip yor gears!
