My temper is basically a 1.9 comp crawler now, so I wanted something a little more scale. Always liked the barrage but I saw the doomsday was getting discontinued and went on sale. Went to LHS and got one for the $100 sale price. I planned on ditching the body immediately but it is growing on me a little with all the obnoxious accessories removed. Tossed on some weighted 1.9 TSL's and she crawls pretty darn good. The stock servo is a turd and can barely move these weighted wheels. I have something laying around I'll toss in until I decide on one. Other than that I must say I'm pretty impressed. I'll update as I add more things. Probably get the RC4WD bumper mounts and get some nice bumpers on it.

Trimmed fenders. Protek servo. Stock barrage bumpers from my buddy for now. Shocks may be next.

Picked up a couple pair's of the Yeah Racing internal sprung shocks. Just had to swap the stock lower mount. Haven't tried them yet. They can be a droop or sprung setup and come with a handful of different lengths and spring rates. The price was right at $20 a pair, we'll see how they perform.

Your barrage looks awesome! I went with the standard blue body barrage just because I liked the scale look of it, but the doomsday body with all the accessories removed doesn’t look bad at all honestly. Almost wishing I would have went that route and saved 80 bucks, or put it towards an aftermarket body. Nice build!
