Hello, first time posting, and may have used incorrect terms while running a search as I didn't get any results that were helpful.
Hoping someone can provide some guidance. The Temper goes back and forth but will not turn. Horizon customer service sent me a replacement unit and the same is happening. I should also mention that the LED lights are no longer working when the unit stopped turning. I'm thinking it might not have been a bad servo to begin with, but I'll let you guys decide. Below are the exact steps I took upon receipt of the replacement servo.
1. When I removed the old servo, the LED lights came on.
2. When I reconnected the old servo, the LED lights went off.
3. I connect the NEW servo and the LED lights go off. Unit will not turn but goes back and forth.
4. I disconnect the NEW servo and the LED lights come on again.
I've been trying to get a hold of customer service but always had to drop off because of the extended wait times. My son has only managed to play with this a handful of times since he unboxed it over Christmas, mainly because I've been traveling for work. On a positive note, travel is now banned so I'm home more and have time to fix it now.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
