Good Afternoon

Hi there last year I bought an ecx ruckus 4x4 and I have noticed there is piece missing that connects what looks like a black tube and it’s supposed to connect to the wheel since that tube isn’t connected that wheel doesn’t spin when I hit the throttle so 3/4 wheels spin.

by the way I’m very new to RC so I’m sorry if I don’t know the piece
Ive attached two images of the tube that’s hanging and I’ve attached one image of where it should be and what it should look like according to the other working wheels.
If you can help me with these I’d appreciate it so much

Thank You

Matthew

Looks to me like you have a missing/broken axle shaft there. Relatively easy fix with stock parts and/or replace with upgraded metal parts. Welcome to the RC world, it's addictive ! ;)

Thank you so much for the reply

I was wondering I looked at a previous forum and someone had the exact same problem as me a member linked a piece that was needed instead of the whole drive shaft I was wondering if that piece would be compatible with my ecx 4x4 1:18?

I attached an image below of the piece missing

Thank you

Matthew

I'm not as well versed as some folks on here are. I can tell you that it looks like an axle and an easy fix, but what part fits what is over of my knowledge level as of yet, I am still learning also. I'm sure some one will chime in and tell you the exact part you need to fix your axle.

IS your ruckus a 1/10 scale or the 1/18? as for the first image of missing part that is your axle/ driveshaft that connects your wheel to your transmission.
it looks like you are currently running a metal replacement for this if you can just search the brand name with driveshaft after to try and locate same product. I use the HR steel drive shafts in my 1/10 scale ruckus and have not had any issues yet with these. I see now that this post is from last month so let me know if you have got it fixed. Also let me know if you need a little more help with parts I have sourced quite a few already for 1/10 scale
