So I lost the screws for my steering knuckles and can’t find any. where should I look???

Will they work for a torment?

You're talking about the screws which attach the knuckle to the caster block? And yes, they'll fit the torment

and if you lost them while bashing, I've learned that your knuckles are possibly/probably stripped out so I would suggest buying new ones of those. RPM or Aluminum ones from ECX or Hot Racing would be good. Be warned, if you buy the RPM ones, you will need new bearings as they us 5x11x4 instead of 5x10x4.
