Kickflip buzz...

I wasn't sure were to ask this, but does anyone here have the little 1/36 Kickflip? We have one and it's a blast to play with, but the motor seems to buzz/beep anytime throttle is applied. Is this normal for this thing? It's fun to play with in the house, but it's so loud we often just turn it off before the battery is done.

Most motors (at least brushed) will beep right when you pull the throttle but before the motor actually starts spinning the wheels.
If it's doing just that its normal.

Thanks for the reply. It does it while the motor is running. HH is sending my a new one with just a few simple email exchanges. I should get the new one on Wednesday so I'll find out if it's the unit or just normal.

We have two and the HPI Q32. They all make the same high-pitched noise.
