Metal gear set diff bearing removal

I have the metal gear set and a set of rubber sealed bearings. The issue is that I can’t get the stock bearings off of the output shafts to replace them with rubber shielded ones. They are new with the metal gear set and inside the gearbox so maybe it doesn’t matter. Has anyone replaced these? How do you get them off?

Use a flat screwdriver or something of the sort to work them off. If it’s new and never taken apart before it will be harder just take you’re time so you don’t poke yourself.
