Mounting aftermarket bodie

Still pretty new to the Hobby. Assuming the dimensions are correct, how do you mount a non-ECX body (aftermarket) to a chassis? (Amp MT/Circuit?). How do you get the holes to match up? -see of talk about “body mount kits,” What are those, and where do you find them?- Thanks! (still learning!)
 
RoyRoy, Pro-Line makes body lifts, but there mostly for Traxxas. Now you can use the Pro-Line body thumb screws and you can raise you're body a little using those. Or, you can do what I did!

Thanks! Some say something (probably a Torment?) is going to get a VW Baja body with paddle tires. I just love that look.

If you buy moldable plastic you can just hand make mounts. That how i did it.
