Remote will not sink with my boys new barrage crawler

So I got this awesome crawler for my boy and love it but after each battery swap charging it seemed to take longer for the controller to sink with the unit and now it just will not do anything and both have good batteries. Any help would be great.

Fifth battery recharge and done. Opened Christmas morning and five hours later no bueno.

I've been having some issues with a 1/24th. Contact horizon hobbies and let them know whats going on. They first sent me a new esc/rx (mine is a combo setup), and when that didn't work they told me to send it in to be repaired. I'm not to excited to start shipping an rc around, but at least they're willing to fix it.
