Ruckus 1:18 sluggish action

Hi everybody. My ruckus 1:18 is having issues with acceleration. It reaches top speed, but it takes a long time to get there. I put in a different motor and that did not solve the problem. I also hooked up a different esc/receiver and that did not solve the problem. My battery has the correct voltage. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

Slipper gear? If you hold the car down to prevent wheels from moving and give it throttle does the motor rev up?

The motor did not rev up when I did this test.

Have you replaced the stock wheel bushings with bearings? How is the rolling resistance with the motor out of the truck? Maybe have some drag in the drive train?

I just replaced both transmissions and that not solve the problem. I did your test and it had no binds in the drivetrain.
