Something isn't working on my fairly new ruckus. (1 month old) it's running at 50% or less power on a fully charged battery. I did just change to a venom 4000mah 2S battery to get longer run time from the stock 1800 mah. Is my motor or esc toasted???. How do I know.

Is your esc set in Lipo mode and does your remote have a throttle trim adjustment on it? The knob could have been accidentally turned down. Mine are always messed up when I go to turn them on for the first time in the day.
I made several adjustments to the throttle rate and trim with no success. I decided to remove my son's tamiya Grasshopper 540 sport tuned 23turn motor and switch out to my pinion gear and installed in my ruckus. Works like it should and seems just as fast as the old Dynamite 15t motor when it was new (before it obviously burned out)
