Torment 4x4 battery tray

Has anyone fitted an alternative battery tray or tie down to allow the leads on LIPO's access to leave the battery tray?

I have LIPOs which are shorter than the tray and have different exit points for the power and balance leads

I would get the dremel out and cut and trim where needed on the stock plastic strap. But you could try something like this in the battery tray https://www.amainhobbies.com/purete...ck-mount-strap-black-medium-pur022-bk/p146382

Dremel may come in handy to make some slots in the chassis to do a similar thing, I doubt the adhesive would keep the battery in place over time.

Tried the strap option, worked well for the LIPO's but as soon as I put the Nimh cells back in they kept getting thrown clear when Landing Crashing

Might have to fully commit to LIPO
