I removed all the screws on my Louise ST wheels, they weight 5g per wheel. Not insignificant on such a small wheel.
I managed to pretty much perfectly balance the tire by putting some back.
It's ugly as all hell (black rim, shiny screws) but with some black paint should be near invisible.
