What to upgrade next

Just upgraded to a 12 turn brushed motor with esc and heat sink running Lipo 2s battery. What should I upgrade now? Metal gear? Metal driveshaft?

If there are no other looming issues, I would drive it and enjoy it, for now.
You can sink a lot of money into these, if you wanted too. Will your ESC and motor handle 3s?

I'm at the same point as you, I would keep an eye on that plastic spur gear but otherwise leave it be. mine needed things like a steering servo and bellcrank a lot more than it needed more horsepower
