Steering servo into channel 1 of receifer
ESC (throttle) into channel 2
The receiver should have an indication on it of which way the 3 wire plug should go. Typically they tell you where the ground wire (black) should be placed. All the ones I’ve used have been black to the “outside” away from the antenna. They have a 3 line ground/earth symbol
