why won't my lipo charger can't detect my battery?

Can someone shed some light on why my lipo charger can't detect my battery, trying to charge it?!

We probably need more information than that. Details on the charger, details on the pack, and what is it doing or not doing. I realize you said it can't detect it, but what does it do? Nothing? Can you charge other packs similar on it?

It's the prophet sport lipo charger by dynamite and the pack is dynamite reaction gray in color 4000 mah 20c

Do you have both the main EC3 connector AND the balance lead plugged into the charger? (I didn't with my first lipo charger...had the same problem.)
