14mm or 17mm hex wheels

Has anyone tried mounting 14mm or 17mm hex wheels and probably more importantly found a wheel hex set that fits on the 1/10 4x4 platforms. I rounded two ruckus wheels in 1 week and cracked the hex drive in the wheel the week after. Cant handle the power of 3s. couldn't repair the crack so need new wheels now. If not im going with badlands mx28s. And ecx aluminium hexs ( expensive things )
14mm would be nice as i have to hand a set of proline bowties on 3.8s. Beasts

I have the 1/10 4x4 brushless Ruckus on 3S and it does tear up hexes and wheels. The first thing I did was get aluminum hexes and that has really helped. Also, you could get some 12mm to 17mm adapters and then you'll have many more choices for stronger wheels.

I've got the Hot racing ones on my car, 17mm running on a 2wd torment, they work really well
