Amp no longer works in reverse

I bought my son an Amp last weekend and while he was driving it today, reverse stopped working. Everything else is good and working well. Any help with this problem is appreciated add I am new to rc cards and trucks.

Had the same issue, contact your supplier or Horizon and they will send you a new one

Make sure your trim on the transmitter is set properly. If it's set incorrectly reverse may not work.

I have tried ensuring the trim is set to neutral as well as going to both extremes of the dial, "recalibrating" the receiver with the transmitter, and ensuring all batteries were fully charged and nothing seems to fix the issue. I will be contacting Horizon today to see what can be done.

Finally received the new speed servo from Horizon Hobby, installed it, and was back in business. My son is bashing the hell out of this truck and loving every minute of it.
