binding a dx2e to a spektrum srx200

i have a stx2 transmitter with a srx200 reciever but the spring in the steering wheel on the stx2
has broke and it makes it difficult to steer so i was wondering if i could just get a dx2e and bind it to my srx200 for now and if that would make it steer/drive any differently

In a word, no. The DX2E is a DSMR transmitter while the SRX200 is an FHSS receiver. The two are talking different languages, in effect.

If you already have both...Open the two transmitters up and swap the springs..or have you already verified they are different?
