I have a Ecx amp and I'm going to be upgrading it to brushless asap and I was also wondering if there was a driveshaft upgrade like MIP CVDs or something like that also besides bearings what can I do.... I have a 3s lipo I got today. Was thinking about a shock upgrade and also maybe tire/wheel combo.... Any suggestions?

Welcome Way, I have an ECX Amp myself, it was my first RC vehicle. It's a novice RC but not bad for someone just getting started.
Once you start upgrading it, look out, that truck will move and turn on a dime (my opinion with right upgrades). I have 24 RC's and I the most fun with my Amp. I run my Amp (and all my vehicles) on Gen Ace 3S 7000 mAh hard case batteries and Castle 4600 series motors. I do a lot of upgrading and experimenting with these vehicles, that's what this hobby is all about. All steel gearing, Hot Racing suspension parts (when available), body lifts, ect.
Have fun and enjoy the hobby. Here's some pics of my Amp and a couple more ECX vehicles.

I have my ecx ruckus completely modded the only four original parts are the shock towers and caster blocks. I noticed it does turn really sharp and I’ve been experimenting with it to change that. After all it does have an amp chassis with an added steel plate and aluminum upper plate for the back inch of the chassis. Lcg mod was only $28 and it helps a lot for higher traction surfaces but i would say it’s probably more worth buying a racing brand truck but this is just one I had laying around and it was my first car and I didn’t want to scrap it.
