I have ECX13010 V4, I want to hack it and control speed and steering through on-board circuit. Is this possible ?
Any reference or details would be appreciated.

PS: I see some pins (GND, CH2, CH3) on the receiver (highlighted in the attachement). What do they do ?

Take internals out of transmitter, disconnect physical inputs, replace with the device you have created that creates electric inputs, bolt onto chassis.

Now you have an on board controller?

I was planning on programming a Raspberry PI to do that. Will that be a problem ?

Any useful references to the control signal generation or User Manual / Data Sheet for ECX13010 ?

Your transmitter probably has:
Physical Control > potentiometer > radio

My suggestion is change it to:
RaspberryPi > digital potentiometer > radio

That way you don't need to build anything specific to any particular receiver.
