Esc I have a 120 amp esc on a,4370 brushless motor with 3s battery keeps smoking my esc

If it has smoked, it's done. Continuing to attempt to use it does not make it better. Replace the ESC.

If you want further help, we need better specifics of the components.

If it's one of those blue Tsky escs then of course it smoked. 3s always burns them up.
