Help removing wheels from AMP DB

Hi,

I've found this forum while searching for help on removing the wheels of my Amp DB (...hi...) and hoped someone might be able to help.

I bought the car off ebay and seems OK but noticed a missing shoulder screw. I'm trying to remove the wheels but having removed the nuts, they just don't come off.

I'm a total novice but figured I'd have more luck at something so straightforward. Am I doing something wrong or any advice on how to get them off?

EDIT: Sorted - Used a hammer to tap the axle. Wheels then came off with a little persuasion. Looks like the wheel nuts are not the stock (flanged) ones.

Glad you got it. I would recommend getting a set of aluminum steering knuckles. Its a common failure and going to aluminum prevents the shoulder screws from falling out in a crash. Just remember to use lock tight on the screws going into the aluminum.
