Bought a new Ruckus a few days ago (and new to RC anything in general), ran it less than 3 battery charges front driveway and yard and it stopped working. When I throttle I hear a nasty grinding noise from the back. After some Googling, I suspect its the rear diff. I removed a bunch of stuff, but can't seem to pull out the rear diff. Attached is a picture of my progress. What else do I need to do to remove and replace with a new rear diff? Any other details I should pay attention to? Do I need to set the mesh gears again after replacing with new rear diff?
