I have the same ruckus with a 3s but.. the axis of the spur gear melts 2 times
You have a metal spur gear? and your bearings have a upgrade? my bearings are fiddlesticking too loud, especially the bearings at the front and back of the slipper

I did change to a metal spur, but I'm still running stock bearings until I feel like putting the fast eddy bearing in..lol
