We were running my 4wd Ruckus (1/10 - 2S - stock gears) in medium height grass for too long and fried the motor.

Thought I'd share some pics of the internals. You can see how one of the carbon brushes broke and burned to side of housing.

New to hobby and to the forum. I'm reading other post for brushless and gearing suggestions. Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions welcomed.
