Just showing off some eye candy of my AMP with upgrades. Just recently upgraded the electronics to a Hobbywing QuicRun 60A esc and a RadioLink RC4G radio system with integrated Gyro receiver. The truck performs much better now and braking is way better. The Gyro is actually pretty cool, keeps the truck nice and stable. Other upgrades is the HotRacing aluminum steering blocks.

Love it! Easy to operate and make setup changes. Wayyy better than the stock electronics. My stock ESC it's like when I hit the brakes sometimes it would brake and sometimes it would just roll. This one allows more mid-air control for better landing approach

I love the Hobbywing XR10 Justock. The programming card makes changing settings really easy (like turning off reverse for racing and turning it back on for practice days and hitting the dirt.

How much was the Quicrun? And what motor are you using?

Stock motor and the quicrun esc was $21.29 shipped on ebay (inside USA).

Hi all just thought I'd post a photo of my Amp kit fully built during the week and painted today. My son chose the colour which I think looks great too! Great RC car and it's already had 3 solid runs.

Yep he is only 5 but he helped identify parts from the manual and screwed a few pieces together. He also helped with the first test drive

The controller is great as you can turn down the throttle range to a kid friendly pace.

You won't need that soon enough. My kid is 4 and I only used the dual rate for the first run....then he told me it was too slow. Now he wants to drive daddy's truck "cus it's faster".
