This is from another competitors ad. I’m going to just go with bad/lazy rendering. It doesn’t even look like they installed their parts it looks like they took a photo of a chassis and photoshopped them on in layers.

LMAO $139 for this junk

On a side note, Hot Racings spool has been discontinued forever. Some China company made a copy and it’s on Amazon now, ordered that up

It sounds familiar to me... Well, surely same or similar pics could be found on any wholesale Asian web. After today's great bashing session, I'd start to search for some spares. Is it possible to share some link? May be handy.
TIA

Here’s an example on Amazon haven’t seen them on AliExpress yet

I absolutely would NOT be putting this crap on a basher. On a shelf queen, or maybe a pavement top speed racer that’s not going to see a ton of suspension travel and abuse it may help relocate some weight in the right places

Edit to my previous reply ECT125 is still not available. What came up was a spool for a Slash family 2wd and I just bought without reading close enough. Now that I have it, the aftermarket Slash cases do look pretty close…

I'm happy enough with stock plastics and RPM for changing everything with bling-bling anodized aluminum, guess you know what I mean...
Maybe a metal tranny box, there's several on the net made for Axial crawlers, also a rear bumper - it's a pity TBone is almost impossible to get here in Europe- and probably a complete differential, after getting a Vorteks BLX I'm thinking about trying 3S with my beloved Ruckus.
Not sure if the metal boxes allow to mount the stock diff or they're designed only for the locker.

From my understanding T Bone closed his company years ago and is unavailable anywhere. Perhaps he would be willing to release/sell the tooling or files to build them.

The AX10 family transmissions cannot use the ECX open differential (or any other known one) mostly due to space constraints. The case simply isn’t large enough to accommodate anything other than the AX10 locker. The best solution is to upgrade the differential gear itself with a hardened or forged unit and upgrade the output shafts and inner CV joints. Robinson Racing and supershafty are where you’ll find them - $60 for the ourselves alone or they’ll build you their entire bombproof transmission…for $200.

99% of people will be fine with the stock stuff or upgraded ECX metal gear set. Stuff the differential guts with silicone ear plugs. That will 99% lock it, but that tiny amount of slip it still allows is desirable on a basher

I was also thinking in getting a spare differential case, and try to make it sealed or closed, with o-rings and a paper gasket ( hope my English makes sense) and fill it with thick silicone oil.
I'm not able to see if the first pic Slick2500 linked may accommodate the stock differential, if it does, I'll probably have to wait until it shows on Chinese websites, buying from USA is getting very very expensive.
