Amp rear hubs hop up, HR or RPM?

@Tamyosho if it was me I would go with the RPM 73572 axle carriers for two reasons:
  1. Over-sized bearings - Your bearings are going to perform better and longer compared to the stock smaller bearing.
  2. Lifetime warranty - if you do manage to break the axle carrier, RPM will replace them for free.
As a bonus reason - it's cheaper than the aluminum option. ;)

I'll also recommend the RPM part. HOWEVER: The ballstuds would constantly worm their way out of the (softer) material of the RPM spindle carrier. At RPM's recommendation I used some regular CA glue ("super glue") and this helped to slow the process. Eventually I installed some Associated ballstuds that had a longer threaded shaft that stuck out the other side of the spindle carrier-- I then secured the ballstud with a nut and locktite. No more problems.

Another issue with metal parts such as this: cartridge bearing fitment is problematic as they are not press fit and thus subject to some small movement-- which equals wear and accellerated wear on the bearings themselves and the races.
