Well now, that's a bit hash There's a whole spectrum of tinkering ranging from modding your rc with factory parts to building everything yourself down to the chassis.

I get it though, the joy for you is in fabbing it up, and you'd miss the satisfaction of knowing it's your own creation.

Couldn't be farther from the truth.

Not everything is a known fit for a given RC. Sometimes, knowing exactly what you need and searching through a catalog of parts to find it takes alot of skill. On the other side of that spectrum, buying a part and making it fit your RC can also take alot of skill.

Wrong truck. Those are mini 1/18 frame rails, my post is for micro 1/24.
