New ecx ruckus

Hi I just bought an ECX Ruckus used off eBay for 150. It has been upgraded to the traxxas vxl-3s esc and 3500kv 4 pole motor and esc. I also bought a traxxas ez peak charger and a turnoff nano tech 2s 5800mah. Its in the mail. Supposed to be here June 20-27. Any questions ask. Already received the traxxas charger.

Almost forgot. It's a 2wd.

Got it today and I must say I am blown away with it.

So I figured some things out. Some parts were upgraded b4 I bought it:

• Hex fly steering servo
• Aluminum bearing carriers
• Aluminum threaded shocks

Those are tasty upgrades. I think you got a good deal on that one. The plastic bearing carriers and not so smooth shocks are the main defects of my amp at the moment, and that is after I fixed the steering... looks like the seller ran the same upgrade course I am on.

And he upgraded to steel driveshafts and metal transmission

Just stripped out my servo. anyone know if a traxxas 2056 servo will fit?

You could use that... I would use something a little stronger like a savox or spektrum for waterproof servos, if your not running in water something like a futaba servo would be good. And be sure to go with metal gears
